Termenul de Super Fat sau SF se refera la excesul de grasime calculat intr-o reteta de sapun natural. Acest exces reprezinta cantitatea de grasime vegetala sau animala, nesaponificata dintr-un sapun natural. Scopul acestui exces de grasime este in primul rand de a ne asigura ca la finalul procesului de saponificare nu mai exista soda caustica in produsul final deoarece soda va fi "consumata" de grasimea din reteta, iar surplusul de grasime vegetala sau animala va ramane in produsul final in stare nesaponificata. In al doilea rand excesul de grasime are rol de hidratare si catifelare a pieli. Modul de calcul al Super Fat-ului este relativ simplu. Fiecare ulei sau grasime are un indice de saponificare denumit SAP sau IS o lista completa gasiti <a href="http://soapcalc.net/calc/OilList.asp" target="_blank">AICI</a>. Acest indice reprezinta cantitatea de soda caustica NaOH necesara pentru saponificare unui gram din uleiul sau grasimea respectiva. Spre exemplu uleiul de masline are un indice de saponificare de 0.135 asta inseamna ca pentru saponificarea unui gram de ulei de masline ne sunt necesare 0.135 grame de soda caustica NaOH. Daca dorim sa saponificam 350 de grame de ulei de masline calculul nostru va arata astfel: 350 g (ulei de masline) x 0.135 (indice de saponificare) = 47.25 g (soda caustica NaOH puritate 99%). In concluzie, pentru a saponifica 350 de grame de ulei de masline ne sunt necesare 47.25 grame de soda caustica NaOH puritate 99%. Dar pentru ca noi nu dorim saponificarea intregii cantitati de ulei de masline si ne dorim ca o parte din ulei sa ramana nesaponificat atunci vom calcula Super Fat-ul sau discount-ul de soda caustica. Din cauza faptului ca Super Fat-ul trebuie sa fie de minim 5% vom calcula o valoare cuprinsa intre 5-15%. Sa presupunem ca ne dorim o valoare a Super Fat-ului de 8% atunci calculul nostru va arata asa:</div>

Se observa astfel ca pentru a saponifica 350 de grame de ulei de masline cu un Super Fat de 8% ne sunt necesare 43.47 grame de soda caustica. Am exemplificat acest calcul pentru a intelege modul in care se obtine cantitatea de soda necesara unei retete desi acest lucru nu va este neaparat necesar deoarece exista calculatoare online car fac acest lucru in locul dumneavoastra, unul dintre acestea se gaseste <a href="http://soapcalc.net/calc/SoapCalcWP.asp" target="_blank">AICI</a> iar un tutorial in limba romana despre modul de folosire al acestuia gasiti <a href="https://youtu.be/mFQj3U1FVsA" target="_blank">AICI</a>. Mai trebuie mentionat faptul ca intotdeauna cantitatea de soda necesara se rotunjeste in minus. Astfel pentru exemplul nostru vom avea 43 de grame de soda in loc de 43.47 acest lucru se face pentru a evita pe cat posibil erorile de cantarire generate de marja de eroare a cantarelor electronice precum si pentru a acoperii eventualele pierderi de grasime care pot ajunge si pana la cateva grame per reteta datorita faptului ca grasimile adera pe peretii vaselor folosite la cantarirea sau la incalzirea lor si astfel cantitatea de grasime ajunsa in vasul de mixare (grasime + lesie) este de cele mai multe ori mai mica cu cateva grame decat cantitatea din reteta. Daca aveti un Super Fat mare aceste erori si pierderi vor fi acoperite fara probleme dar daca aveti un Super Fat mic riscati sa ajungeti cu el la 0 sau chiar la minus lucru care nu este de dorit. Pentru a avea o imagine cat mai clara va voi arata in imaginea de mai jos cat de mica poate fi diferenta intre un sapun reusit si unul ratat.</div>

Se observa in imaginea de mai sus ca pentru un SF de 5% sunt necesare 45.04 grame de soda iar pentru un SF de 0% sunt necesare 47.41 grame de soda. Asadar diferenta intre un SF sigur de 5% si unul periculos de 0% este de doar 2.37 grame de soda. Acesta este motivul pentru care trebuie acordata o mare atentie gramelor in plus de soda si gramelor in minus de grasime. Pentru a nu avea niciodata probleme de acest gen rotunjiti intotdeauna cantitatea de soda caustica in minus si adaugati cateva grame de grasime in plus fata de cantitatea din reteta. Daca aveti intrebari sau nelamuriri nu ezitati sa lasati un comentariu cu siguranta veti primii raspuns.</div>

Aceasta ar fi definitia generala pentru uleiurile esentiale sau uleiurile volatile asa cum mai sunt ele denumite. Uleiurile esentiale sunt in general obtinute prin distilarea anumitor parti ale plantelor (flori, frunze sau chiar fructe) dar si prin extractie cu ajutorul solventilor chimici care pot avea proprietati medicinale si aromatice. Aceste uleiuri reprezinta o alternativa, naturala, la parfumurile sintetice care se folosesc pe scara larga in industria cosmetica. In cazul nostru reprezinta o buna modalitate de parfumare a sapunului natural cu conditia sa cunoastem cateva reguli de baza pentru combinarea lor astfel incat sa obtinem arome placute si durabile. Uleiurile esentiale au grade de volatilitate diferite si acest lucru reprezinta un aspect foarte important in alegerea combinatiilor cu rezultate deosebite.</div>

Dupa gradul de volatilitate, uleiurile esentiale se impart in trei mari categorii:<br />
<ul>
<li><b>nota de varf</b> (sau cap) se evapora rapid si este prima aroma perceputa dintr-un amestec</li>
<li><b>nota de mijloc</b> (sau inima) se evapora mai greu, e considerat ca si corp al parfumului</li>
<li><b>nota de baza</b> (sau fond) se raspandeste incet si se resimte mai multe zile </li>
</ul>

Asocierea si ponderea uleiurilor esentiale intr-un parfum se face tinand cont de gradul de volatilitate descris mai sus. Spre exemplu intr-o combinatie de uleiuri esentiale ponderea unui ulei esential de varf (foarte volatil) trebuie sa fie cea mai mare urmata de nota de mijloc cu pondere moderata si nota de baza cu ponderea cea mai mica. Altfel spus un parfum echilibrat se obtine din: trei parti nota de varf, doua parti nota de mijloc si o parte nota de baza. In functie de rezultatul dorit aceste proportii se pot modifica dupa gustul si imaginatia fiecaruia.</div>

<span style="text-align: justify;">O alta controversa legata de producerea sapunului natural o reprezinta apa folosita. Apa trebuie sa fie cat mai pura pentru a nu influenta calitatea sapunului. Cele doua produse se obtin prin procedee diferite, apa distilata se obtine cu ajutorul unui aparat de distilare in care apa se transforma in vapori prin fierbere, iar vaporii rezultati se condenseaza prin racire in timp ce apa demineralizata se obtine cu ajutorul rasinilor selective schimbatoare de ioni. Strict dupa metoda de producere, apa distilata, pare mai aproape de conceptul “natural” deoarece pentru obtinerea ei se foloseste un procedeu simplu si natural (un fel de apa de ploaie de laborator) in timp ce apa demineralizata se obtine printr-un procedeu chimic in contradictie cu comceptul de “natural”. Strict dupa puritate insa, apa demineralizata pare sa castige la acest capitol. Puritatea unei ape este masurata de conductivitatea ei care arata concentratia de saruri dizolvate iar in acest caz apa demineralizata sta mult mai bine conform tabelului de mai jos:</span><br />

Exista in natura o multime de plante care ofera culori tentante dar din pacate, nu toate pot fi folosite la colorarea sapunului natural dintr-un motiv foarte simplu, sunt influentate de PH-ul mediului. Acest lucru inseamna ca nu vei putea niciodata "controla" culoarea finala. PH-ul initial al compozitiei de sapun natural va arde pigmentii naturali ai anumitor plante in special a celor bogate in <a href="http://ro.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flavonoide" target="_blank">flavonoide</a> si <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthocyanin" target="_blank">antocieni</a>. In aceasta categorie se incadreaza sucul de sfecla rosie, de varza rosie, de ceapa rosie, de mure, de soc sau de petale de trandafiri. Totusi exista o cale prin care se poate folosi culoarea acestor plante in sapunul natural si anume in sapunul retopit deoarece PH-ul acestuia este mai mic si este stabil cu recomandarea de a folosi pudra obtinuta prin macinarea fructelor sau a florilor uscate in defavoarea sucului care ar subtia prea mult pasta de sapun.</div>

Mai exista o categorie de coloranti naturali si anume colorantii care isi schimba culoarea in functie de PH-ul mediului. Un exemplu graitor este cel al curcumei (sofran indian). Pigmentul sau, curcumina, este un indicator natural al PH-ului. Astfel daca PH-ul este mai mic de 9 sapunul se coloreaza in galben in jur de 10 sapunul se coloreaza in portocaliu iar daca este mai mare de 10 se coloreaza in bordo inchis.</div>

Probleme si rezolvari</h4>

In timpul procesului de preparare al sapunului natural este posibil sa apara o serie de "probleme" care dau batai de cap, dar nu va panicati deoarece o mare parte dintre ele au rezolvare. Mai jos gasiti o lista cu cele mai "populare" probleme aparute precum si solutii pentru rezolvarea lor.</div>
<h4>
Retopirea sapunului</h4>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Daca ceva nu a mers bine si nu va place culoarea, textura, aroma sau aspectul atunci sapunul se poate retopi. Se taie sapunul in bucati mici, se dau pe razatoarea pentru obtinerea unor fulgi de sapun se adauga cativa mililitrii de lichid (apa sau lapte) compozitia obtinuta se pune pe foc intr-un vas de inox la o temperatura de 80-90 grade C se amesteca pana cand pasta devine omogena. In acest moment se pot adauga noile arome sau culori dupa care se toarna in forme.</div>

Intarirea prematura a pastei</h4>

<b>Problema:</b> masa cruda a sapunului se intareste prea rapid si nu mai poate fi turnata in forme</div>

<b>Cauze posibile:</b> calcul gresit reteta; lichide prea putine; arome sau substante cu continut ridicat de alcool; temperatura prea scazuta a compozitiei sau chiar a ambientului;</div>

<b>Solutii si rezolvari:</b> retopirea sapunului asa cum se prezinta mai sus; saponificarea la cald - se pune vasul la cuptor circa o ora la temperatura de 70 grade C si se amesteca din cand in cand dupa care se toarna in forme;</div>

Bule de aer sau cu lichid </h4>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Problema:</b> in timpul taierii se observa bule de aer sau cu lichid.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Cauze posibile: </b>bulele de aer s-au format probabil in timpul amestecarii si reprezinta doar o problema estetica; bulele cu lichid pot fi cu ulei si exista pericolul de rancezire, pot fi cu soda caustica caz in care sapunul nu se mai poate folosii si trebuie retopit sau pot fi cu substante aromatice insuficient amestecate;</div>

Pentru a da culoare sapunului de casa si pentru al pastra cu adevarat natural, nu este nevoie sa apelam la coloranti sintetici. Lumea vegetala si cea minerala ne ofera suficiente culori. Trebuie doar sa cunoastem cateva caracteristici de baza despre pigmentii vegetali cum ar fi:</div>
<ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;">culorile vegetale pot fi modificate de procesul de saponificare. De exemplu violaceul sucului de sfecla rosie in contact cu soda caustica devine maro tern;</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">anumite culori se pastreaza un timp indelungat in timp ce altele se estompeaza rapid;</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">plantele incorporate sub forma de macerat sau infuzie pot mucegai daca nu au fost bine uscate;</li>
</ul>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Plantele din gradina ofera o gama aproape nelimitata de posibilitati de colorare a bucatilor de sapun. O alta alternativa naturala foarte buna ar fi argilele nu doar pentru evantaiul de culori foarte larg oferit dar si pentru atuul lor suplimentar cu care multi dintre pigmentii vegetali nu pot rivaliza - culoarea nu vireaza in timp. Mai jos veti gasi cateva sugestii pentru culorile cele mai intalnite:</div>

<b>Morcov (suc):</b> Ofera sapunului o tenta de galben-orange usor sau viu. Va trebui folosita toata apa retetei sau doar o parte pentru obtinerea sucului la bain-marie.</div>

<b>Sofranel (Carthamus tinctorius): </b>planta care inlocuieste inaccesibilul sofran (altfel spus contraface sofranul adevarat). Se foloseste ca infuzie sau macerat dar poate fi folosit si ca emulsie pentru efect vizual.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Curcuma (pudra):</b> Planta din India cu radacini puternic colorate in galben. Pentru un frumos galben diluati 1-2 lingurite in 1-2 linguri de apa care se adauga la inceputul amestecarii sapunului (calculat pentru 1 kg de grasimi). Poate fi folosit si ca macerat din radacini taiate bucati. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Ulei pur de palmier: </b>Folosit in reteta da un galben deosebit.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Dovleac (suc):</b> Suc sau piure se foloseste ca sucul de morcovi.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Filimica - flori (galbenele - Calendula oficinalis):</b> Planta cu proprietati calmante si cicatrizante. Pentru obtinerea unei culori omogene se macina petalele (cu o rasnita) si apoi se foloseste pudra obtinuta 1-2 lingurite la 1 kg de grasimi. Se pot folosi si petale intregi care vor crea un efect floral dar asta la sfarsit cand nu se mai foloseste mixerul.</div>

Rosu, roz, bleu si violet culori pe care multe plante le detin dar din pacate nu rezista la saponificare cu toate acestea exista si cateva exceptii.</div>

<b>Flori de maces:</b> Se folosesc sub forma de infuzie inlocuind apa din reteta. Se pot folosi si petale uscate sub forma de pudra si integrate la "trace". In acest fel se va obtine o culoare roz. Atentie la perisorii iritanti din interiorul corolei.</div>

<b>Roiba radacini (pudra): </b>Pudra obtinuta din radacini se infuzeaza intr-o parte din apa retetei si se adauga la "trace". </div>

<b>Ardei (pudra):</b> Se amesteca o lingurita de pudra de ardei in 2 linguri de ulei cald si se adauga la "trace" </div>

Culori greu de obtinut din plante datorita faptului ca nu resista la saponificare. Exista si cateva exceptii prezentate mai jos.</div>

<b>Indigo (pudra)</b>: Indigofera suffruticosa planta greu de gasit in Romania dar care ofera un adevarat blue vegetal cu tente de la bleu clar pana la albastrui. O lingurita de pudra se combina cu 2 linguri de ulei cald si se integreaza la "trace".</div>

<b>Orcaneta (pudra):</b> Alkanna malthioli (nu am gasit in Romania) Este o pudra extraordinara care in ulei se va colora mai intai in rosu dar la contactul cu soda va vira catre bleu lavanda si bleu inchis. Se macereaza intr-o parte din uleiul din reteta cam 200 ml pentru o lingurita de pudra. Nu necesita filtrare pentru ca pudra ramane lipita de fundul vasului.</div>

<b>Carbune vegetal (pudra):</b> Negrul se preteaza la obtinerea aspectului marmorat. Trebuie folosit in cantitatii mici diluat in putin ulei din reteta.</div>

Dupa cum se stie deja, din studiile efectuate, uleiul de cocos are numeroase beneficii datorita continutului mare de grasimi saturate (aproape 90%) si a continutului de acid lauric care este benefic pentru organism. Este hidratant, hranitor, revitalizant, calmant si protector pentru piele. Principalele proprietati ale uleiului de cocos sunt cele antimicrobiene, antibacteriene si antifungice. Beneficiile pentru piele vin din continutul de acizi grasi: Omega 9 - 5.9%, lauric - 49%, <span style="background-color: white; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">myristic - 20%, palmitic - 9%, caprylic - 5.4%, steric - 3.7%, capric - 6%</span></div>

Uleiul de cocos se gaseste in comert sub mai multe forme: ulei de cocos 76 deg (76 deg reprezinta temperatura in grade fahrenheit la care uleiul devine solid aproximativ 24.4 grade Celsius), ulei de cocos 92 deg (92 deg reprezinta temperatura in grade fahrenheit la care uleiul devine solid aproximativ 33.3 grade Celsius) precum si sub doua mari categorii RAFINAT si NERAFINAT. Acest tip de ulei este foarte controversat datorita metodelor de productie care includ procese chimice. Practic acest tip de ulei se obtine in general din pulpa de nuca de cocos (miezul nuci de cocos) uscata. <br />

Pana aici toate bune si frumoase dar dupa uscare, pulpa trece prin doua procese, unul de incalzire la temperaturi inalte pentru dezinfectare si unul chimic de albire si de dezodorizare pentru a elimina mirosurile si elementele contaminante din timpul procesului de uscare. Uleiul de cocos nerafinat se obtine in general prin doua procese, din pulpa de nuca de cocos uscata sau proaspata (umeda). Pulpa uscata este presata mecanic pentru extragerea uleiului iar pulpa umeda este fie centrifugata pentru separarea uleiului fie separarea se face cu ajutorul enzimelor. Datorita procesului rapid uleiul rezultat nu are nevoie de albire sau de aditivi si isi pastreaza aroma distincta si mirosul de nuca de cocos. Avantajele acestui ulei sunt calitatile extraofdinare pentru organism care raman intacte dupa procesul de extragere. Dezavantajul este reprezentat de pretul mult mai mare fata de fratele sau rafinat.<br />

Acest produs necesita putina
atentie deoarece este necesar in prepararea tuturor sapunurilor solide.
Hidroxidul de sodiu (soda caustica sau HaOH in formula chimica) se produce prin
electroliza clorurii de sodiu si este un produs foarte coroziv necesitand o
atentie deosebita la manipulare. Reactioneaza cu apa si cu vapori din atmosfera,
din aceasta cauza trebuie pastrat in recipiente inchise ermetic si in locuri
fara prea multa umezeala. La prepararea solutiei pentru sapun (apa distilata +
soda caustica) se toarna soda in apa si NU invers deoarece poate provoca o mica
explozie. Reactia chimica dintre cele doua substante se produce cu degajare de
caldura, din aceasta cauza trebuie combinate doar in recipienti din inox sau
sticla termorezistenta. Noi utilizam sada caustica pentru declansarea reactiei
chimice de saponificare, dar ea nu se mai regaseste in produsul finit daca
n-ati comis erori pe timpul procesului de fabricare a sapunului. Soda caustica
utilizata trebuie sa fie de puritate mare cel putin 98% in caz contrar reactia
chimica nu va declansa procesul de saponificare si compozitia va fi compromisa.</div>

DEMINERALIZATA?<o:p></o:p></b></div>

O alta controversa legata de
producerea sapunului natural o reprezinta apa folosita. Apa trebuie sa fie cat
mai pura pentru a nu influenta calitatea sapunului. Cele doua produse se obtin
prin procedee diferite, apa distilata se obtine cu ajutorul unui aparat de
distilare in care apa se transforma in vapori prin fierbere, iar vaporii
rezultati se condenseaza prin racire in timp ce apa demineralizata se obtine
cu ajutorul rasinilor selective schimbatoare de ioni. Strict dupa metoda de
producere, apa distilata, pare mai aproape de conceptul “natural” deoarece pentru obtinerea ei se
foloseste un procedeu simplu si natural (un fel de apa de ploaie de laborator)
in timp ce apa demineralizata se obtine printr-un procedeu chimic in
contradictie cu comceptul de “natural”. Strict dupa puritate insa, apa
demineralizata pare sa castige la acest capitol. Puritatea unei ape este masurata de conductivitatea ei care arata concentratia de saruri dizolvate iar in acest caz
apa demineralizata sta mult mai bine conform tabelului de mai jos: </div>

<b>PREPARAREA SAPUNULUI NATURAL<o:p></o:p></b></div>

Mai intai de toate se pregateste suprafata de lucru, se
pregatesc formele si se aduc la indemana toate ustensilele. Se cantaresc ingredintele (atentie insa, ca metoda de masurare folositi greutatea si nu volumul adica gramul nu mililitrul) dupa care se lasa in asteptare pentru moment. Apoi se trece la prepararea
solutiei de soda dar nu inainte de a ne proteja cu masusi, masca si ochelari.
Dupa ce s-au masurat cantitatile necesare de apa (30-38% din cantitatea grasimilor folosite) si
soda (dupa indicele IS si discountul de SuperFat <a href="http://www.soapcalc.net/calc/SoapCalcWP.asp" target="_blank">vezi aici</a>), se trece la prepararea
solutiei de soda prin turnarea acesteia
usor in apa (nu invers) in timp ce se amesteca pentru o dizolvare completa.
ATENTIE aceasta reactie genereaza vapori periculosi (e cel mai toxic moment de
pe tot parcursul procesului de preparare al sapunului la rece). In acest moment
temperatura solutiei poate ajunge undeva intre 70-90 grade C in functie de
temperatura mediului si de “viteza” cu care se toarna soda in apa. Dupa
dizolvarea completa, solutia se lasa la racit (trebuie sa ajunga undeva in intervalul de 38-48 de
grade). In acest rastimp ocupativa de uleiurile si grasimile pe care le-ati cantarit mai devreme, deoarece
si ele trebuie aduse in intervalul de 38-48 de grade, in cazul in care aveti unturi
sau grasimi solide trebuie puse la topit intr-un vas pe aburi. Scopul urmarit
este ca cele doua lichide, solutia de soda + solutia de grasimi sa se amestece in
momentul in care ajung la aceeasi temperatura 43 de grade sa zicem (media intervalului 38-48
grade). In momentul in care acest lucru se intampla, se toarna solutia de soda
peste solutia de grasimi in timp ce se amesteca usor pentru omogenizarea compozitiei. Pentru accelerarea reactiei
chimice de saponificare se va folosii mixer-ul vertical din dotare in reprize
scurte (pentru a nu supra incalzi aparatul). Durata mixarii depinde de foarte
multi factori: tipul de grasimi folosite, temperatura ambientala etc. cu timpul
va veti obisnui si veti aprecia de la inceput timpul necesar mixari. Se
urmareste ajungerea amestecului la o consistenta numita "TRACE" mai exact in
momentul in care se ridica mixer-ul din compozitie, urma lasata trebuie sa
persiste cateva secunde la suprafata compozitiei. Acesta este momentul “magic”
asteptat in care se pot adauga diverse “fineturi” cum ar fi: uleiuri esentiale
pentru parfum, pulberi pentru textura si culoare etc. Toate acestea trebuie
integrate in compozitie in general la TRACE dupa care compozitia omogenizata se toarna in
forme tapetate sau nu cu hartie sau unse cu ulei pentru a facilita scoaterea
sapunului dupa care se acopera cu folie
alimentara si se inveleste cu o patura veche. Dupa ce compozitia este suficient
de tare (24-48 ore depinde de consistenta la turnare) se scoate, se taie daca
este cazul si se pune la uscat pentru un interval de cel putin 30 de zile. Dupa acest rastimp (30 de zile) mai aveti un singur lucru important de facut inainte de a folosi
sapunul si anume verificarea PH-ului. Cu ajutorul unui tester din comert se
verifica valoare PH-ului. Valorile considerate sigure pentru piele sunt
cuprinse in intervalul 7-12 dar un PH ideal este cuprins intre 8-10. Rezultatul testului va atesta faptul ca nu ati comis erori in procesul de preparare si ca puteti folosi sapunul in conditii de siguranta. In mare acesta este procedeul de baza de producerea acasa a sapunului natural, organic. Dupa familiarizarea cu acest proces de baza se poate trece la nivelul urmator unde se pot adauga culori si texturi din ingrediente naturale dar acest nivel va avea un articol separat.</div>

<span style="color: red;"><b>Fac o mica paranteza pentru a lamurii unele aspecte legate
de masurare si cantarire; am intalnit pe diverse blog-uri si site-uri retete si
tutoriale care din ignoranta sau prostie amestecau unitatile de masura
respectiv grame si mililitri. Aceste doua unitati de masura sunt total diferite una masoara volumul
(mililitrul) iar cealalta masoara masa, greutatea (gramul) Nu poti amesteca cai
si boi respectiv grame si mililitri. Daca nu stiati un litru de apa (1000 ml)
este egal cu un Kg (1000 de grame) dar un litru de ulei de masline (1000 ml)
este egal cu 0.92 Kg (920 grame). In
concluzie acelasi volum de 1000 mililitri poate avea greutati diferite. Din acest motiv va recomand sa lucrati doar cu
GRAME in calculele pe care le faceti si verificati retetele pe care le aveti
ianinte de ale folosi.</b></span></div>

pentru cele mai cunoscute grasimi si uleiuri vegetale sau animale. Mai pe
intelesul tuturor, valoarea de saponificare a unui corp gras reprezinta
cantitatea de soda necesara saponificarii unui gram din grasimea respectiva.
Cele mai sigure valori se gasesc pe internet in calculatoarele pentru retete de sapun natural.

alimente, cosmetice, textile sau altele) este trasabilitatea.</div>

Trasabilitatea presupune respectarea unor reguli stricte în ceea ce privește
înregistrarea și păstrarea unor evidențe clare și verificabile pe tot lanțul de
producție: de la producerea materiei prime, la procesare, la transport și
comerț până la ajungerea produsului la consumator. În acest fel se oferă
consumatorului un grad ridicat de siguranță și transparență la achiziționarea
unui produs ecologic certificat, iar în cazul constatării unei iregularități se
poate reface ușor filiera de procesare și producție și se poate identifica
modul în care a fost corupt sau infestat produsul certificat ecologic și se pot
lua măsuri pentru înlăturarea factorului negativ, respectiv factorii de control
se pot îndrepta împotriva celui care este responsabil de iregularitatea
identificată. Astfel de cazuri sunt rare datorită controlului și inspecției la
care este supus fiecare operator din sistemul ecologic certificat, dar spre
deosebire de industria alimentară convențional, domeniul ecologic este cunoscut
pentru intransigența cu care rezolvă astfel de probleme și lipsa de toleranță
în eliminarea din sistem a celor responsabili. Explicația se găsește în
caracteristicile deosebite ale acestui domeniu (vezi istoria mișcării bio)
precum și în faptul că trasabilitatea și puritatea produselor certificate
ecologic este cel mai puternic argument de marketing al branșei, iar tolerarea
unor abateri de la regulile asumate ar constitui o lovitură de imagine majoră pentru
întreg sectorul.<br />

alimentare bio sunt în dezvoltare, fiind căutate tot mai des. Industria
agricolă bio se supune unei legislații speciale pentru certificare. Motivul
este conștientizarea efectelor nocive pe care îl au îngrășămintele chimice și
insecticidele asupra organismului uman dealungul anilor.<o:p></o:p> În Germania, industria bio-organică este foarte dezvoltată,
existând lanțuri de magazine-supermarket în care se pot procura astfel de
